We’re Christina Lake Cannabis, a small farm that grows a tonne of bud – 38 tonnes a year to be exact! We operate just south of Christina Lake, BC and take great pride in our time-honored sun grown cannabis practices. Each year, our 20-acre harvest gets processed into several products including whole and milled flower, kief, hash, pre-rolls and the best high-volume distillate in the country.
With our sixth grow-season right around the corner, we’re excited to start recruiting applicants to join our cultivation team.
There will be a variety of ongoing projects from field preparation (biomass removal, tilling, irrigation and trellis work) to propagation and cultivation duties such as seeding, cloning, transplanting, and routine watering and pruning.
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age, self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and prepared to work in all weather conditions in an agriculture environment. They must have their own means of reliable transportation and should be fit for daily physical labor.
No experience necessary, but a background in horticulture/agriculture and regulated work sites will be considered a desirable asset. Training will be provided for all areas of cultivation.
Location: Christina Lake, BC
Schedule: Seasonal, full-time – 40 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime.
Contract Length: Four months.
Salary: Starting at $25 /hour with the opportunity for an increase depending on experience and qualifications.

Midway, BC
Greenhouse Worker
Greenhouse Worker
Christina Lake Cannabis is back for its 6th grow season, this will be our 2nd year cultivating in Midway, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our greenhouse team for the 2025 season.
As part of the greenhouse crew, you’ll play a key role in cultivating high-quality cannabis plants.
Key Responsibilities
Plant care: Transplanting, Plant maintenance, Pre-filling pots, Clone care and various tasks as instructed by team growers.
Greenhouse maintenance: General housekeeping duties, Set-up and take down of tables racks equipment etc.
Equipment operation & maintenance: Working with farm and greenhouse equipment as needed.
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or greenhouse work is an asset, but training will be provided. Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable individuals who can work in warm greenhouse conditions. Must be at least 19 years old, have reliable transportation, and be fit for daily physical labor.
Location: Midway, BC
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Pay: $25 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and qualifications.

Christina Lake Cannabis, renowned for producing premium, cost-effective sun-grown cannabis, has expanded to a stunning 100-acre property in Midway, BC.
We are looking for a reliable Procurement Specialist to join our team in Midway. This individual will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services necessary for our operations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision while ensuring seamless procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support operational needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely supply of goods.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and disruptions.
- Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and align them with budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Experience with inventory control and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
